ISO 9001:2008 Quality Fleet Managment System

An ISO 9001 surveillance visit of V-Sol Ltd was carried out on 7th May 2009.

The assessment was based upon V-Sol Ltd‘s Quality Management System, summarised in the current Quality Manual Version 1.5 17th February 2009

The quality system documentation has been updated to meet the requirements of the new standard ISO9001:2008, little impact on current processes was required as the current system already met the requirements of the new standard and has been confirmed during the assessment.

In terms of the positive findings from the assessment, the company continues to demonstrate excellent commitment and compliance to the standard and their systems. All staff are extremely competent and knowledgeable in their areas of responsibility and actively contribute to all aspects of the company's business.

The focal point of the company's quality Management system revolves around the annual Management Review which is comprehensive, detailed and covers all aspects of the system and business and always determines areas for improvement, no matter how small the actions may be.

The company has reviewed the requirements of ISO9001:2008 and included them successfully into their system and the self checklist supplied, the assessor concludes satisfactory compliance to the new standard.

During the assessment, zero major nonconformity(s) and zero minor nonconformity(s) were identified. Observations have been raised where appropriate. Any nonconformities and observations are summarised in the "Assessment Findings" in the next section of this report and are detailed in a separate "Continual Improvement Record".

V-Sol Ltd's certification to the ISO 9001: 2008 Standard is "Maintained".
