V-SOL maintains ISO 9001:2000
On the 12th May 2005 our fourth external ISO audit was carried out.
We are proud to have our registration maintained but what was even more important for us and our customers is that we are able to do so with no Zero Major Non Conformities and Zero Minor Non Conformities, for the fourth year running, an outstanding achievement.
The following is an extract from the Audit Report:
"The quality system documentation is easy to use, clear and signposts to relevant processes and work instructions. The documentation is appropriate to the company and is constantly reviewed and updated correctly.
In terms of the positive findings from the assessment, V-Sol continues to demonstrate full commitment to their systems and it is clearly integrated into the company's daily operations. Customers can have full confidence in the products and support services offered by the company. Staff clearly demonstrate their understanding of work undertaken in delivering to customers."
