Warranty/Servicing Policy
V-SOL operate a quality system which is ISO9001:2000 accredited.
V-SOL vehicle tracking systems are manufactured in the UK to high standards using quality labour, equipment, materials and components. Prior to any equipment being released many individual tests are carried out. Each and every unit has to pass the tests before it is released for fitting.
Our warranty provides cover for equipment at the minimum cost possible to you, during the term of any agreement. V-SOL make a warranty provision that is used to cover all costs associated with providing repairs. V-SOL do not use warranty / service work as a source of profit.
The quality of each tracking unit supplied is such that we provide a 1 year comprehensive manufacturers warranty with confidence. Full term agreement warranty and service options are provided on a cost only basis.
